Native son Nick Taylor wins the Canadian Open in a playoff over Tommy Fleetwood with a dramatic 72ft eagle putt at the 18th hole to become the first Canadian to win their nation's open since 1954. We break down Taylor's performance as well as the close call for Fleetwood, the course at Oakdale and Rory's week on the course.

We then shift to the off the course drama from earlier in the week as more details emerge about the proposed framework agreement between the Saudi PIF and the PGA Tour. We theorize LIV's potential future, the communication - or lack thereof - from the PGA Tour to its members, the lack of initial details about the new structure, and what happens next if the deal does (or doesn't) go through.

The golf world was rocked by a stunning announcement Tuesday morning that the PGA Tour would be forming a new "commercial entity" with the Saudi Public Investment Fund, including LIV Golf, as well as the DP World Tour. The boys fire up an emergency Live Show to discuss what details are known at this point, what the road back to the PGA Tour could look like for players who made the jump to LIV, some potential FTC-DOJ legal roadblocks, and a ton more.

692 - The Great Merge

Viktor Hovland wins the Memorial in a playoff over Denny McCarthy for his fourth PGA Tour win while Rose Zhang beats Jennifer Kupcho in a playoff to win on the LPGA tour in her first start as a pro. We begin the pod breaking down Hovland's win and the week for runner-up Denny McCarthy, Rory, Scottie, the renovation to the course, Billy Ho's interview, and more.

Then it's on to Liberty National as Rose announces her presence on tour with a win just a week after she defended her title in the NCAAs. In short, there's no better time for some absurd predictions on how many career majors she'll win.
